The holiday apartment in the Pfalzburger Strasse are centrally but quietly located because a traffic regulation controls speed to almost walking speed, located between Güntzelstrasse and Fechnerstrasse. The distance from the apartment to the underground train station Blisse Street (U7) is approximately 400m, to the underground train station Hohenzollern Platz (U3) 600m, underground train station Fehrbelliner Street 200m. Close to the apartment are super markets, bakeries, drugstores, banks, restaurants, and bars.
To the Kurfürstendamm, one of the best known shopping streets in Berlin, with all kinds of businesses, stores and flagship stores the distance is only 1.4 km, with public transportation it takes about 6 minutes on the Breitscheid Platz is the best known building on the Kurfürstendamm is the Europe centre one of a kind deli departments.
The public park Wilmersdorf is only 700m from the apartment in Pfalzburger Street. Built to fit the terrain, the 18 ha park offers playgrounds for children, teenagers, and grownups. Besides beautiful walking paths it offers grounds for sunbathing, well-equipped playgrounds for all age groups. Besides many tennis tables there are 2 soccer fields, basketball court, tennis court, boccia and minigolf. For joggers the park perimeter paths are very well liked. The Fenn Lake belongs to the park and is situated in the western part of the park.

The Holiday apartment is fully furnished, located on the second floor of a multi-family house. It has a living/sleeping area, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with tub and a balcony.
The Living/sleeping room has cable TV pull-out (for extra sleeping) chesterfield with coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs and sideboard.
Kitchen-range with a bake oven, fridge, coffeemaker, water heater and toaster. All pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses are supplied.
Bedroom-double bed (180 x 200 cm) with night tables, radio alarm clock and wardrobe.
