The holiday apartments in the Steinmetz Street are very central but quiet located because its a small street with little traffic, between Grossgörschen Street and Goeben Street. The underground train station Kleinstpark (U7) or bus stop (104, 187, 204 and M48) as well as the S-Bahn station York Strasse Grossgörschen Strasse (S1, S7) are all 400m from the apartments. Close by are shopping malls, bakeries, banks, restaurants, and bars.
The Heinrich-Von-Kleist-Park is approx, 40m from the apartment in the Steinmetz Street. The 5.7 ha park was a nature park until 1900 but was moved because the space was needed (1899-1910) part of the tree growth dates back to the nature park. Under the motto Jazz on the collonades a concert series takes place early since 2002 in the Heinrich-von-Kleist Park.
About 600m from the apartment the perhaps best known and the described weekly market of the city, the Winterfeldt Platz market with about 250 sellers on 4700 square metre, the market offers almost everything -fish, sausages, fruit and vegetables, clothes and international specialties. Many cafe's and bars invite you to rest from all the shopping. The market operates Wednesday 8 am to 2 pm. Saturday 8 am to 4 pm.

The holiday apartment is fully furnished, located on the ground floor of a multi-family house. It has a living/sleeping area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower cubicle.
The living/sleeping room has cable TV pull-out (for extra sleeping) chesterfield with coffee table and sideboard.
Kitchen-range with a bake oven, fridge, coffeemaker, water heater and toaster, dining table with 4 chairs. All pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses are supplied.
Bedroom-double bed (180 x 200 cm) with night tables, radio alarm clock and wardrobe.
