Right in the middle but still secluded. Very bright 2 room-flat in the heart of the city, directly at the subway station Bülowstrasse. You cannot get more central than that.
Just around the corner of the house there is the subway stop of the subway line 2. With it you quickly reach many more tourist highlights, such as the Potsdamer Platz, Prenzlauer Berg with the famous Schönhauser Allee, the Zoologischer Garten, the KaDeWe and even the Olympic Stadium. Everything can be reached quickly and without changing trains. Furthermore, there is a big junction which is each 3 stops away – on the one hand Zoologischer Garten, on the other hand Potsdamer Platz. This way you also have an excellent connection to the main-line railway and to the airports as well.

The flat is very bright and has a very comfortable room arrangement. Moreover, it possesses a very big balcony on which four people can comfortably have breakfast. The balcony has a access to both of the rooms. The living room is equipped with a TV-set ( cable TV), a small stereo and a comfortable sofa you can quickly convert into a big double bed.
The sleeping room is equipped with a double bed with a high-quality mattress, a desk and a small seating arrangement. In the corridor you will find a big wardrobe for all of your clothes and luggages.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, from wine glasses to the frying pan - everything is at hand. Everything is technically extensive and well-equipped – there is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stove as well as a microwave in the fitted kitchen. There is also a spacious eating space for 4 people in the kitchen.
In the spacious bathroom you can both have a shower and have a bath.
In the entire flat you can use the Internet (W-LAN) of charge with your terminal.
Enjoy this flat as the ideal starting point for your individual city tour, whether privat or on business. 65 sqm offer enough space for up to 4 people.
The whole flat is suitable for allergy sufferers and also barrier-free suitably for wheelchair user
Please take note after 9 p.m. is a late check in fee of 25 €, after midnight of 50 € due. For check ins at Sundays and official holidays we get a fee of 25 € untill 9.p.m., before midnight of 35 € and after of 60 €.
